Translation & Quality Control

After confirmation the job moves to the operations team and is assigned to a qualified translator.

  1. Translator selected based on language and document type

  2. Deadlines aligned with client submission dates

  3. Translation completed as per official formatting norms

  4. Detailed proofreading for content, spellings, seals, signatures, and logos

  Step 3 : 

Client Review & Final Delivery

The translated draft is shared with the client for verification before final delivery.

  1. Client review and confirmation

  2. Final translated document delivered

  3. Optional notarisation arranged through an advocate (additional charges apply)

The process starts once an enquiry is received. The team reviews the document and explains the applicable charges and timelines based on language requirements.

  1. Type of translation identified: Legal / Sworn / Authorised / Certified

  2. Destination country requirements confirmed

  3. Normal or Express service selected (based on urgency)

  4. Final timeline and cost shared

  5. Payment confirmed to initiate the process
